1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using chuhai.com.au (the “Website”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Website owner and operator

This Website is owned and operated by Decoded PR Pty Ltd (ABN 86 675 886 567), which operates the Australasia Business Acceleration Centre (ABAC). ChuHai and chuhai.com.au identify the website and domain used for the ABAC platform; they do not identify a separate legal entity. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Decoded PR Pty Ltd. We are responsible for operating this Website and for the ABAC services we provide. The Website contains information about ABAC services, programs and partner networks for businesses entering or growing in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.

3. No professional advice

Content on the Website is general information only and does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, migration or other professional advice. You should obtain appropriate professional advice tailored to your circumstances before acting on any information on the Website.

4. Services

Descriptions of services, programs and partner offerings on the Website are indicative. Services provided by Decoded PR Pty Ltd through ABAC are subject to a separate written agreement with Decoded PR Pty Ltd. Where you engage an independent partner, the relevant agreement will identify that partner as the service provider and set out its responsibilities. A listing, introduction or link on this Website does not by itself make that partner our agent or make us the provider of its services. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos and images — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable laws. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only. No content may be reproduced or republished without our prior written consent.

6. Third-party links

The Website may link to third-party websites, including those of our partners. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the Website or its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
